DETAILS

In the morning, we will be planting willow in Latgawa creek. Bring waterproof boots (if you have them) or waders. We have a few that can be borrowed. After lunch, Michael will lead a hour long Qigong practice in the meadow. Michael has been teaching Qigong and Tai Chi for over 40 years. He is also the author of The Bamboo Path - an inviting view into how the traditional path of growth and development is the same path to releasing the past traumas and limitations, the interferences that filter our perceptions and create ongoing compound conditions. Learning to support health and well being is founded in knowing and understanding ourselves deeply, healing inner resistances from the past and developing the ability to harmonize the heart and mind.
